Science Fair Project -Amount of gas produced by decaying food. Take 3 three kinds of food substances in equal weight and put them in three different test-tubes, mix with equal amounts of vinegar (to speed up the process) . Cover each test tube with balloons. After a few days, observe the amount of gas in the balloon. Weigh each balloon to find out the exact amount of gas produced by each food substances.
